Basically an Architectural & Civil Engineering Consultancy Company (To build rock hard structures with the beauty of flowers)
Our history dates back to 1960's when Hajee P. SAYED MOHAMMED , father and mentor of one of the current directors emerged as the undisputed designer /builder of the region around Balussery , a tiny township of Kozhikode district , Kerala , India. His inborn talent, passion and experience blossomed into beautiful, quality , monumental creations all around.We
where destined to continue his legacy learning everything from him beyond
our engineering qualifications. We where also blessed to learn our lessons from stalwarts like the great lawrie becker in low cost housing on the other hand.
We restructured ourselves in 1993 with our current name ,as a consultant firm run by Fizal (as designer) and Rasheed (as executor) with an office in the emerging township of balussery .
We are known for what we believe is our tailor made unique and beautiful designs and quality execution. Our works have been appreciated by design magazines like Vanitha Veedu, Designer Magazine, Griham, Vanitha & Television channels like Amritha T.V, Discovery Channel , Manorama News with write ups & T.V. programmes. Energy conservation methods and Eco friendly ideas have always been our fascination.
Today,our office is located in a garden of 10760 sqft with an office space of 2000 sqft, at Balussery 50 km from Karipur airport, in the mofussil of Calicut city, the mercantile township of Kerala state, India.
Our staff strength varies around thirty members – which includes design engineers, supervising engineers, executive engineers, estimation engineers , market & material advisors, accounting staff, reception personal etc., headed by a design director (Fizal) an executive director (rasheed) in the apex.
We started with residential buildings among low income groups and went on to design commercial buildings, flats, mansion houses, movie theatres, auditoriums, play grounds, nursery, educational institutions and sports infrastructures in the long run.
We entered into the sports arena with P.T.Usha, the best women athlete India ever produced. Fizal is one of the founder member and director of her International Academy & Public Charitable Trust ‘ Usha School of Atheletics’; one of its first kind in India. Usha School is being supported by the State Government & sponsors world over. We are working as the sole consultants to this Academy at present.
